Steelcase Leap V2 review

This person splurged on a new Steelcase Leap V2 with all the options including the headrest and has been using it for about nine months. While they love most aspects of the chair, they find the optional headrest to be disappointing and not worth the extra cost. The headrest is only useful in a specific reclined position and doesn't provide support during normal upright working posture. The adjustment range is limited and it's positioned oddly for their height. The rest of the chair is excellent - the lumbar support is precise, the seat is comfortable, and the build quality is outstanding. They wish they had saved the money and skipped the headrest option. Otherwise, they're extremely satisfied with the chair.
