Steelcase Leap V2 review

The user bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 from Crandall Office and has been very satisfied with both the chair and the seller. The chair arrived in excellent condition with what appeared to be all new upholstery and moving parts. They've had it for about a year and a half and find it comfortable for their 10-hour workdays. The adjustability is comprehensive, though they note it took them several weeks to find the optimal settings for their body. They particularly value the seat depth adjustment as someone who is 5'4". The only minor issue they've experienced is that the seat cushion is quite firm, which some people might not prefer, but they've adapted to it.
