LiberNovo Omni review
The original poster is 6'5" (196 cm) and 634g, looking for an ergonomic chair for long hours at their PC for both work and gaming. They've been using an old £100 office chair for years that has destroyed their back, causing pretty bad pain around the spine and shoulder area, with excruciating pain when bending. The chair doesn't fit their height and lacks proper support. They tried the regular LiberNovo Omni in-store and found it extremely comfortable and immediately comfortable - probably the most comfortable chair they'd ever tried. However, the store didn't have the Maxas version which should be better suited to their height. They're also considering the minus version at around £1300. They want to avoid gambling on comfort when making a reasonably significant purchase. They also tried a Herman Miller Aeron but surprisingly didn't find it very comfortable - it felt quite rigid and noticed a lot of creaking whenever they moved around.
Pros
- Extremely comfortable immediately
- Most comfortable chair tried
- Proper support
Cons
- Store didn't have Maxas version for their height
- Uncertainty about sizing
