Branch Ergonomic Chair review

The commenter purchased a chair from a reputable company and initially found the quality to be excellent. However, they ran into a serious problem: the item arrived with an un-checkable tracking status and took more than a week to arrive. Upon inspection, they discovered the chair was missing caster wheels, which effectively makes it unusable without spending an additional $30+ for replacement parts.
