Herman Miller Sayl review
A commenter shares their experience with the more affordable Sayl chair from Herman Miller. They purchased it hoping to get Herman Miller quality at a lower price point than the Embody or Aeron. After six months, they have mixed feelings. The distinctive suspension back looks great and provides decent support, with good breathability. However, they find the seat cushion too firm and the overall comfort level doesn't match their expectations given the Herman Miller brand. The chair feels better suited for shorter sitting sessions rather than all-day use. The build quality is good but not exceptional, and they've noticed some creaking from the back suspension. For the price, they feel it's a fair option but not the bargain they hoped for, and they wish they'd saved longer for an Embody.
