They find it to be an excellent chair overall with great build quality and a design that has held up perfectly over time. The mesh seat stays cool during long sitting sessions, which they really appreciate, especially in summer. The lumbar support is adequate but not exceptional for their needs - they sometimes add a small cushion for extra support. They note the Aeron is easier to keep clean than fabric chairs. The tilt mechanism is smooth and the recline tension adjustment works well. The chair's iconic design also looks great in their home office. However, they acknowledge that the mesh can feel too firm for some people and it definitely requires trying before buying. For their body type and preferences, it's been a great investment.
