Herman Miller Embody review

The owner is experiencing a problem with their Herman Miller Embody chair where one of the joints pops out from the back after certain movements, and the back becomes less supportive as a result. The joint also makes sounds when they recline. They can push it back in and it appears fixed temporarily, but it pops out again within about an hour. The chair is essentially new and still under warranty, but they are hesitant to send it back just for this one issue and are wondering if they should glue it instead. They mention that the other joints on the chair are perfectly secure and stuck in place, so this seems to be an isolated defect with one specific joint.
