Steelcase Leap V2 review

User finds the Steelcase Leap V2 extremely uncomfortable with a too-firm seat cushion and inadequate back support, causing back and buttock pain after long work sessions. The casters have damaged hardwood floors, and overall the chair has been a poor experience for their 10+ hour daily programming work.
